And what would anger do? Would that change things?

Of course, I would be a liar if I said I were completely elated. I went on for ten years regretting a mistake I had made before you, wondering what might have been but it is in that loss that I changed.

But what will lashing out do? Obviously, that was not given to you by the Inquisitor no matter how much you protest.

What do you want? Do you desire for me to scream at you? To berate you when I feel more relief than anger?
