Kell was fire and warmth and everything in between, enticing beneath her fingers, but someone she wanted to hold close. Someone important to her, beyond a great deal of others. It did not wholly register in a conscious way but her thumbs swept over his cheeks in something akin to adoration, fondness. There was no hiding it.
He bit down on her lip and though she briefly winced, he chased the hurt away and she felt he might shy away now. Neria tilted her head, swiping her tongue over his lower lip, the shyness gone.
A hand briefly untangled from his hair with some reluctance. Kell would feel a shift of fabric and the sound of something hitting the floor as Neria did away with her cloak. If nothing else, there was no point in keeping that on, when she wasn't going anywhere. Her hand returned, initially gentle again, sweeping back into his red hair and tangling fingers there once more. Her lips closed around his lower one, tugging, inviting.
